I’m a certified yoga teacher and Āyurveda lifestyle consultant, supporting people to slow down, reconnect, and feel at home in their bodies.
With over 20 years of personal practice and training in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Mandala, Yin and Power Yoga, my teaching blends strength and softness, movement and stillness, breath and awareness.
