Hi, I'am Ana
Certified Yoga Teacher and Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant
I have been practicing Yoga for over 15 years, and I have found Yoga to be the perfect antidote to running a busy family and professional life. My classes are dynamic, yet calming, grounding and full of positive energy with the aim to bring balance to the body and stillness to the mind. There is a deep focus on the breath and body mindfulness.
I truly believe Yoga is for everyone, so making it accessible, relatable and fun is something I inspire to bring to my classes.
I am formally trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, but cover varies styles of Yoga such as Vinyasa flow, Mandala, Power Yoga and Yin.
