Namaste, I'am Ana
Certified Yoga Teacher and Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant
I have been practicing Yoga for 20 years, and I have found Yoga to be the perfect antidote to running a busy family and professional life. In 2019 I completed my first Yoga Teacher Training and been teaching ever since. My classes are dynamic, yet grounding designed to bring calm, strength, and inner stillness. There is a deep focus on the breath and body mindfulness.
I truly believe Yoga is for everyone, so making it accessible, relatable and fun is something I inspire to bring to my classes.
I am formally trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa, but cover varies styles of Yoga such as Vinyasa flow, Mandala, Power Yoga and Yin.
