Perfect for those looking to build strength, flexibility, and endurance, this class offers a continuous sequence of poses that invigorate the body and calm the mind. Great for: ✔ Those seeking a more active, flowing practice ✔ Improving strength, flexibility, and balance ✔ Building endurance and increasing energy levels ✔ Cultivating mindfulness through breath and movement Move with intention, find your rhythm, and leave feeling strong, centered, and empowered. These classes are in-person and run every Monday at 7:30pm at Riddlesdown Collegiate, Honister Heights, CR8 1EX. Drop-in price of £10 per class. Alternatively our 5 x class pass at £45 (£9 per class) and our 10 x class pass at £80 (£8 per class) are the best option and value for money. They are both valid for 2 and 4 months and are considerably cheaper than paying an individual class drop-in.
