If you can't make it to an in-person yoga class don't despair, you can now flow with me, live stream online from the comfort of your own home. The lunchtime class is a 45 minute Power yoga class that will challenge and push you to find more strength in body and mind. Keeping you refreshed and alive to tackle the afternoon slump. Perfect for those working from home.
