Meditation - How to get started?

Meditation is a simple practice, but it’s one that seems intimidating on the surface. As my teacher often say, all that is need it is to start, to breath and to keep going!

Also is important to know that meditation is not something that you can measure in terms of success or failure. Meditation is a process, a journey inwards.
