Hi, I'm Ana!
A busy professional, devoted mum, and passionate yoga teacher, balancing life between the corporate world and holistic wellness. By day, I’m a full-time Marketing Manager in London’s asset management sector, known for my creativity and design skills. But beyond the boardroom, my heart lies in Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation—helping others find balance amidst life’s chaos.
With 20 years of yoga practice and formal training in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Mandala Flow, my classes are dynamic yet grounding, designed to bring calm, strength, and inner stillness. I weave breathwork, meditation, and philosophy into my sessions, offering a truly holistic experience.
Originally from sunny Lisbon, I now call London home with my partner and two sons. I believe in balance in all things—which is why you’ll find me baking just as often as I’m on the mat. My mantra? A well-lived life embraces both Yin and Yang.
